In addition to offering services to customers, New Lease Developments also buys, renovates, lets and sells properties as projects in their own right.

We take great job satisfaction in taking old and outdated properties, creating a vision for how the space could be maximised to meet modern requirements such as open plan living, en-suite facilities and light and spacious living areas. We pride ourselves on completing projects to an excellent standard and in line with all legal requirements to ensure when these properties are put on the market they offer an exceptional level of finish as well as safety.

In terms of the properties we rent, we highly value the importance of being a visible yet flexible landlord. We are always available when needed, attend to problems promptly and value working closely with our tenants to ensure their needs are met and the properties are maintained to an excellent standard.  We treat our tenants respectfully and strive to avoid unnecessary or overbearing intrusion.  All of our current tenants are on long-term contracts, reflecting a positive view of our service as landlords.
